We build the thing the brochure is trying to describe.

Spazi makes photoreal, interactive 3D of property for the people who have to sell it. Work starts with a drawing set and a launch date, and ends with a sales team demoing a building that is currently a foundation and a crane.

The builds run on game-engine tooling rather than an animation pipeline. That difference is the whole product: a buyer can stop, turn around, check the ceiling height and go back to the bedroom they liked, instead of watching a fly-through somebody else already cut. Modelling, lighting, capture and delivery run in-house.
