Spazi Virtual Tour Studio is operated by Toasty Media, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We create immersive 3D walkthroughs, WebVR browser experiences, and Matterport digital twins for real estate developers, architects, and hospitality brands. 2. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services. That includes:

• WhatsApp messages , your name, phone number, and any property details you share with us.
• Contact form submissions , name, email, and your message.
• Cal.com scheduling data , name, email, and meeting time when you book a consultation through our scheduling tool.
• Website analytics , page views and referral source, with no personal identifiers attached.
• IP address , logged automatically by our servers and deleted after 30 days.

3. Third-Party Embeds & Services

Our website embeds content from third-party platforms. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Matterport , 3D tour iframes are subject to Matterport's privacy policy.
• experiencemyhome.com , embedded WebVR tour iframes are subject to their privacy policy.
• Cal.com , scheduling tool; their privacy policy applies to data collected during booking.
• Vimeo video player , embedded videos may set cookies on your device.
• Google Analytics or equivalent , used in anonymised form to understand how visitors use our site.
